Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped within 24 hours unless it's a holiday or weekend. In that case, shipping will occur the next business day.
• If the item is special order, or something with Essential Oils, It will be shipped the next day.
• Free local deliveries are made within 24 hours.
• Express deliveries are sent out the same day between 7 am and 9 pm.

Cancelations

• You can cancel your order anytime before it ships.
• Cancellations can be made through your account page.

Returns

• 20-day return policy for unopened and unused items.
• If your item is lost, arrives broken, or you're not satisfied, please email with the following details:
  Order number
  Was this a gift or a purchase?
  Date of purchase
  Phone number
  What happened?
  Photos of the item and the code on the bottom of the box
  
• All questions must be answered before a return is processed.

Refunds

• Full refund on returned items (minus shipping charges).
• If your original order included free shipping, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping fees from the carrier are non-refundable.
• Refunds take up to 5 business days to appear on your card.
• Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
