Burn for at least 2 hours and never more than 4 hours at a time.

Keep your candle away from drafts or unstable surfaces.

Extinguish the flame fully before placing the lid back on.

Stop burning when ¼ inch of wax remains in the jar.

A: Yes. That’s natural frosting — a sign of clean, paraffin-free wax. It never affects the scent or how the candle burns.

Q: My candle changed color after burning. Should I worry?
A: Not at all. Coconut–soy wax shifts color as it reheats and cools. It’s purely cosmetic.

Q: Can I add extra products to the box?
A: Yes. Anything you add to your cart can be packed inside your Holiday Box.

Q: What if I don’t like the scent?
A: Every box includes a small tester so you can smell the fragrance first. If it’s not for you, you can return the candle as long as it’s unused and unopened.

Q: Why is my candle smoking?
A: Usually the wick needs a quick trim. Cotton wicks should be trimmed to about ¼ inch before lighting for a calm, clean burn.

Free local deliveries are made within 24 hours.
